At Frameshaper, as long as your garment is not labelled as an exception or on clearance, you can return any dress or purchase otherwise within 15 days!
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please log in to your account on our website and go to the "Order History" section. There you will find all the information about your order, including its current status, number, and a relative GPS-tracked map! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
How can I contact your couriers?
When your order is fully processed and passed onto a courier service, an email will be sent with your info, confirming the status of the order. A courier service will be listed (such as UPS or Purolator), as well as a tracking number (if supported) that you can use on their respective website. A phone number will be provided to the service.
What are your delivery options?
